We will send your parcel using the next day delivery service (Mon to Fri and NO Bank Holidays)

As all couriers from time to time experience problems beyond their control, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will be delivered next day.

If the courier calls and you weren't able to take delivery, a second attempt will be made the following day, if again no-one is available to take delivery of your parcel it will be returned to us. In order to receive your parcel you will be invoiced for shipping costs again and we will re-send the parcel.

Important: Please ensure your delivery address and contact telephone numbers are up to date incase the courier has to contact you personally for directions to your address.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 weeks of receiving cleared payment - orders will not be processed until full payment has been received/cleared. Updates regarding  delivery are given on our homepage.

For International orders please allow 3 weeks.

During our busy Christmas period (beg Sept - end Nov) orders will take longer, sometimes up to 4/5 weeks.

Remember all products are made fresh to order.

Invoices are sent with every order.

Ingredients for you to replicate for your labels are on our website with the product, you will receive any other information needed for that item in your parcel.

There is no minimum order.
